Data Mail Services Moves from Flint to 6,700 Sq Ft Warehouse in Lansing

Lansing has a new transplant: Data Mail Services. The business moved into a more than 6,700 sq. ft. warehouse owned by Dart Development Group. The company moved all the way from Flint into the Oakwood Executive Park, owned by Dart Dart Development Group. Marsha Zimmerman, Marketing Manager of Dart Development Group, says the move was a logical one for the mailing service. "Oakwood is in close proximity to the post office," she says... (Read Article)

LANSING - In response to rising energy costs and the call to conserve energy, Dart Development Group has started a major lighting upgrade project for its Michigan business parks in Lansing and Wixom. The project involves replacing 3,527 light fixtures in the parks...60% of the average commercial tenant's electric bill is due to lighting.
